Phase II
Phase 2

Each member of this quartet is part of the Fremont Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society, the world's largest all-male singing organization. The quartet was formed in 1990 to sing on their annual spring show. The original name of the quartet was called "New Again" patterned after a song that they sang on that show.

This foursome was short-lived however. The tenor, Randy, was transferred to Missouri a few months later.

Randy returned in the fall 1991, in the quartet re-formed in the spring of 1992. They sing together for various shows and functions until December 1995, when the lead P.D. was transferred to Missouri. (Seems that Missouri had it in for this group!)

P.D. returned in the spring of 1998, and this group started up once more. Feeling like the name "New Again" might be the reason for this recurring theme, they weren't going to take any chances and decided to change the name to "Phase II", where it remains today.

The "Phase II" Quartet has performed on the same stage with several international champions and they also perform on a regular basis for the AmeriStar Hotels and Casinos, and sing for all types of events and occasions. They were crowned 1999 CSD Silver medalists and, in 2000, were Champions at the Central States District Quartet Competition.

Currently, P.D. is the Director of the Pathfinders and Randy is an Associate Director for the chorus. Pete and Bryan both act as Section Leaders for the Basses and Baritones.
